Profile
A pre-sales analyst is required for an important role in a dynamic company offering innovative cutting edge solutions to the structured credit market.
As a member of the Client Services team you will be based in London and have the potential to make a valuable contribution to the successful growth of a rapidly expanding company.
Working closely with the Sales team you will help drive through new business by acting as a product specialist in sales meetings ensuring that clients are aware of the full value that can be offered by Codefarm products and services.
You will also work closely with clients in the pre-sales phase in order to ensure successful and streamlined evaluations and trials.
In addition, you will continue the client relationship to assist in post-sales support ensuring that clients continue to gain full value from Codefarm products.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead product demonstrations and act as a product specialist during pre-sales meetings
- Perform product evaluations on behalf of clients
- Work closely with clients during on-site product trials, ensuring Codefarm products are presented in the best light
- Help manage client relationships both before and after the sale
- Work with business analysts to gather client requirements for product enhancement requests
- Provide guidance to clients on the use of Codefarm products in the credit derivatives market
Experience
- Excellent client-facing skills, ability to instinctively present the company in a professional manner
- At least 2 years pre-sales experience with a technically complex product
- Prior structured credit experience a distinct advantage
- A genuine drive to satisfy clients and solve client problems
- An analytical mindset with excellent problem solving ability
- Excel and command-based tools (e.g. MATLAB) experience advantageous
- Experience working in a small business or a small independent subsidiary a plus
- Excellent financial\technical\scientific educational background
